• If you book a fill & more than 50% of lashes are detached/grown out, it is not a fill.

• I do not lash over other technicians. Removal of remaining extensions will be required before service & price will reflect the type of Lash Babe service. 

​

• Appointments are fully booked and confirmed after deposit is sent, via  luxurilashh.wixsite.com/luxurilashh booking site.

​

• All cancellations must be made within 24hrs in order to use non refundable deposit towards a future appointment. In order to use deposit towards a service, appointments must be made within 3 days of cancellation.

​

• If you're running late to an appointment please contact me at least 20 minutes prior to service. If you are running 5-10 minutes late to your scheduled service & you do not contact me, a $5 charge will be added to total service for every 5 minutes you are late. After 15mins, your appointment will be canceled & your non refundable deposit will be lost.

• Upon arrival of appointment please contact me via text or Wix app to let me know you have arrived. Under any circumstance, DO NOT RING the doorbell. 

​

• Due to COVID-19 virus all clients are REQUIRED to wear a mask to their scheduled appointment. Once you enter you will be required to wash your hands before we begin service.

​

• Before any service, Lash Babes must come with a bare face. Please do not have any type of oils or moisturizers for your service.
